This programme will give participants a comprehensive understanding of how Lean Six Sigma works to improve operational excellence in their organisation. The 5-day Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course will prepare you to pass the IASSC certification exam, while teaching the participants to improve business processes using Lean Six Sigma techniques in order to achieve operational excellence in their organisations.

The Lean Six Sigma course focuses on process improvement through waste elimination and process control. The tool can be applied not just for manufacturing or engineering processes but also for transactional process in Human Resource, Procurement or Finance. The course will enable participants to improve process efficiency and effectiveness for productivity and innovation gain.
